Operation & Maintenance Committee
Mission Statement
This committee, comprised of owners and contractors, will advance productive and reliable performance of industrial plants by researching and sharing processes that improve reliability, increase production on-steam time and reduce cost.
Objectives
- Develop educational programs to improve overall reliability by exploring new methods and innovations in our industry.
- Develop communication programs to enable maintenance and operations to exchange and identify best practices and techniques that promote a mutual goal in which each is responsible for the outcome.
- Investigate the impact of changing technology in the way we operate and maintain our facilities to improve reliability.
Meetings
The group semi-annually or quarterly.
