Mission Statement

Provide a forum for owners, engineers and contractors to address issues specific to project management, engineering, design, construction and maintenance.

Objectives

Develop and promote programs to improve the working relationships among owners, engineers and constructors.
Develop and promote programs to improve productivity, quality, constructability and safety in design and construction.
Increase the participation of owners and engineers in the Project Management sponsored activities.
Actively participate in other programs of HBR that support the committee’s mission.
Maintain a liaison with project management organizations like CII and PMI.
Sponsor the Project Management Forum.
Provide training opportunities through seminars and workshops.

Meetings

The Project Management Committee meets at 9:00 a.m. the third Wednesday of each month (except July) immediately after the regular Project Management Forum meeting at the HBR office.
