Mission Statement

This committee, comprised of owners and contractors, will advance productive and reliable performance of industrial plants by researching and sharing processes that improve reliability, increase production on-steam time and reduce cost.

Objectives

• Develop educational programs to improve overall reliability by exploring new methods and innovations in our industry.
• Develop communication programs to enable maintenance and operations to exchange and identify best practices and techniques that promote a mutual goal in which each is responsible for the outcome.
• Investigate the impact of changing technology in the way we operate and maintain our facilities to improve reliability.

Meetings

The Operations and Maintenance Committee meets at 9:00 a.m.. the second Wednesday of each month (except July) immediately after the regular Operation & Maintenance Forum meeting at the HBR office.
